2) What do you actually do vs. what do I do?
We build and run the system with you: ICP targeting, messaging, campaigns, inbox management, weekly iteration, and sales support.
You stay focused on delivery, closing right-fit opportunities & working strategically with David. Your main inputs are reviewing & approving our iterations, taking prospect calls & feeding back after those calls. The system is designed to be low-lift & high-leverage.

Secondly, we (bare-minimum) guarantee to at least double your investment within the first 6 months together. If this is not met at the six-month mark, we extend the service without further cost until you have.
